Parmesan Chicken Breasts

1/2 cup (2 oz) grated parmesan cheese

1/4 cup dry bread crumbs

1 teaspoon dried oregano leaves

1 teaspoon parsley flakes

1/4 teaspoon paprika

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

6 boneless skinless chicken breast halves (approx 2 lbs)

2 tablespoons butter or margerine melted

Directions:

Mix cheese, crumbs, and seasonings.  Dip chicken in butter and then coat with cheese mixture.  Place in 15 X 10 X 1 inch baking pan sprayed with no stick cooking spray.  Bake at 400 degrees F for 20 to 25 minutes or until cooked through.  Makes about 6 servings.
